Welcome, my name is Rachel and I am a professional qualified Integrative Therapist. I understand that deciding to start therapy and looking for the right therapist can be a daunting process. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is one of the most fundamental parts of effective therapy. I take great care in listening to your story so that you feel safe to express your inner world, and we may work together to find change and growth.

I trained at the well established ReVision Counselling and Therapy Centre, London, UK.
I have worked as a therapist for ReVision Low cost counselling centre, London and The Orchard Counselling Centre, Oxford UK.
I now work in my own private therapy practice.
Qualifications
Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling, ReVision London.
MRes Developmental Psychology
Bsc (Hons) Psychology

Our first session is an opportunity for you to find out more about how I work and if we would be a good fit for working together.
There is no obligation to continue if I am not the right therapist for you.
If I feel you would suit someone different to myself, I always try to make other recommendations where possible.

£60 per session - concessionary rates available.
